Shanae discovered fitness at the age of 44 and became determined to demonstrate that age is nothing but a number. Her main focus is accurate form and nutrition for longevity.

Coach Glenn

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Fitness has been a way of life for Coach Glenn from a very early age. From playing basketball in high school, to being a member of the USC Men's Basketball PAC-10 Champions. His main focus is to keep you motivated and moving toward your health and fitness goals.
